Nurse Midwife/Kalamazoo, MI - Outstanding opportunity for a Certified Nurse Midwife in Michigan near Kalamazoo. This position is for a full-time CNM, preferably with some experience, to work in both hospital and office settings. The supervising physician has been in practice for over 20 years, has delivered over 3000 babies and has completed over 5000 surgeries. She is recently-trained to use the latest da Vinci S HD robotic surgery system. Midwife will provide office and hospital services where there is a mature nursing staff. The hospital setting is a level II hospital. There are over 1000 deliveries per year, and the nursing staff is very friendly and caring. The office staff has similar qualities. Successful candidate have good clinical knowledge and training/experience, and to be willing to learn. The compensation package will include a competitive salary using fair market guidelines (with experience factored in), health insurance, malpractice insurance, retirement, CME, and vacation.
