WHO WE ARE...

Smith & Associates specializes in the professional recruitment and placement of Allied Health Professionals nationwide. There is no cost to the candidates to whom we select to extend our services.

All fees are paid by the employers who contract with us to assist them in their recruitment efforts. Smith & Associates provides dependable and confidential service. Our firm is independentally owned by Ray E. Smith, an experienced Healthcare Recruiter and we are located in Savannah, GA.

In addition to recruiting for job opportunities for established clients, Smith & Associates focuses on the needs of the individual candidate. We confidentially market his or her skills in the geographic areas indicated by the candidate and to only those types of practices as described by the candidate to be appropriate.

Smith & Associates serves as an intermediary during the interviewing and negotiation process, assuring the candidate of an appropriate compensation offer, benefits, paid continuing medical education and malpractice insurance. All interviewing and relocation expenses are paid by the employer.

We advise our employers to provide written agreements or contracts in order that both parties have an understanding of the employment terms. We qualify each employment situation so as to not send our candidates on wild goose chases.We have no desire to waste either parties' time or money.

Smith & Associates is affiliated with a number of selected associates throughout the country who have intimate knowledge of employment opportunities in their geographic regions. These affiliations facilitate the swift location of job opportunities and provide a greater ability to quickly find qualified candidates for our established clients.

Our efforts are carefully coordinated with our candidates in order that we do not conflict with the individual efforts of our candidates in their own pursuits of employment opportunities. We work confidentially and thoroughly. There is no bombardment of unnecessary phone calls and no inappropriate calls at work. There are no surprises so there will be no disappointments.

Although, our assistance to candidates is invaluable, there is no cost for our services to them. All fees are paid by the employers who contract with us to assist them in their recruitment efforts. We work on a contingency fee basis meaning we are paid only upon successful placement of a candidate in a position. We provide thorough referencing and a guarantee to employers.
